Yep the away allocation last season was 4700 which we sold but there were a number of empty seat where the pillars were which I'm sure is why they don't sell those seats to anyone probably taking that to 5K
If the tickets are around 40 quid then I'd be surprised if we would take m
I'd imagine fans of most clubs will boycott it on principle.
- It's a **** ground (regardless of local rivalry, it's a horrible tired old ground with **** facilities and crap sightlines - and it's always half empty).
- Wednesday as a team aren't exactly a big draw for most clubs (us lot excepted I admit).
- It's about £10 more than most other places for the privilege
- You can go to Chelsea to watch one of the newly promoted teams for £47 as an away fan and that's about as expensive as it gets.
Totally agree with all of that. The view I had last season with 2 posts one just either side of the goal at the far end was a joke for £30. At least if you go this time it sounds like you will be able to pick your seat, given that it won't be full. I can afford the price, but I doubt I will pay it on principle.
