The recovery continues..?
That's 2 good away points at teams you'd expect to be challenging for top 6 to go with a comfortable home win against an underestimated Charlton side who gave Cardiff a tough game today..
Last 3 results have been a fairer reflection of rovers prospects this season. I for one think our start to the season has been a bit of a freak..
Relegation battle..? I don't think so..
re: The recovery continues..?
I think everyone would have taken a 1-1 draw today . Apart from Charlton when we deserved the win , we should have drawn every game .
re: The recovery continues..?
A win at Home followed by a draw Away , i'd take that every week .Well done Rovers !
re: The recovery continues..?
Actually, having seen the highlights, we were fortunate. Our defensive play is still a concern clearly and thankfully hull players left their shooting boots at home. Sobering viewing.. :(

Nope nothing changed defensively ..Charlton last week had three good chances in the first 20 mins and Charlton were bloody awful.
But ..all about results now even if it is papering over the cracks...and four points from those two games aint bad at all.
re: The recovery continues..?
The defence is still a shambles, but we always look likely to score
re: The recovery continues..?
The shoots of recovery started to appear the second half against Fulham
as each game since we have got better and better
why is this?finally we have a proper midfield
we all know this wouldn't of happened if Lowe hadn't of got injured however as luck would have it Evans is approaching the form pre injury and in Guthrie or akpan we have a perfect partner
Marshall back on the wing and Conway producing top displays on the other
for Rhodes and his partner Lawrence/koita this spells goals
shame about our defence but through Gary bowyer having little choice we have stumbled apon a centre midfield partnership that is the best we have had in quite a while.
re: The recovery continues..?
Agreed. How we didnt put 4 past fulham is still a mystery to me. We then get very good away points at QPR and Hull, sandwiching a comfortable home win.
Any top 6 teams would take those results.
