Forest game
In case any other foreign-based supporters are looking in, this seems to be the best stream:

A good first half, and a bit harsh that it's still 0-0.
Koita was good in that first period, and I liked the way the full-backs supported the attack.
I still get the feeling, occasionally, that Rhodes could put himself about a bit more. He seems to be waiting for the perfect pass at times.

re: Forest game
Might pay for not scoring while dominant. Not many times we win games second half under bowyer. Let's see under Lambert.

re: Forest game
Perhaps one of those games where the missed chances are costly as the away team breaks away and scores the solitary goal?

re: Forest game
That looks nasty for Williamson - especially in slow motion!
Perhaps it was just a severe winding.
Poor football in the second half. We looked tired and flat. Friday's game?
Actually, one of those games where the teams cancelled each other out.
Again, though, we missed a very simple chance.
Forest did a much better job in the second half of cancelling out the threat of our full-backs.
Koita looked decent, but wasn't he playing ten metres too far away from Rhodes?

re: Forest game
We lack goal threat, that's clearly a problem. Defence sorted though.

re: Forest game
I wish I'd watched it on the telly - that 2nd half was like watching paint dry.

re: Forest game
Aucks your bang on with your observations, and in any case it went pretty much as you and I suspected (you nipped in before me with your 0-0).
First half very good, and better than I expected. Our passing probing game was commendable. All appeared to want the ball and were comfy with it.
A couple of fresh legs were introduced as I expected and to be fair were good efficient replacements.
The way that NF came out and approached the game second half took the wind out of our sails and we never quite got to grips with them. We fell back too deep yet again in order to conserve our one point. This was my view yesterday in that we would see PL late in the game settle for a point, and that was overall a fair reflection of the game.
Back line again good, and Steele commanding. Capped by one necessary excellent save to deal with.
JR ??? I'm not Gona bother going down that line yet again, ........but to say: yes Aucks if only he would 'put himself about a bit more' (but he hasn't got that i

re: Forest game
Lambert needs to have a chat with Rhodes
nobody expects to see Rhodes track back and tackle but at least try and get on the end of some of the balls
a few times koita headed a ball to Rhodes and he just didn't read it at all and ended up being a chance lost
koite worked hard and did his selection chances no harm and possibly put Brown out of the picture completely

re: Forest game
It's a real shame we are putting JR down like this, given his superb goal scoring feats. But I am very much a 'say what you see' guy.
As usual I hope I am way off the mark and it's just your typical strikers 'lean spell' he's going through.
But these 'weaknesses' we are all seeing continuing and maybe like me you have been waiting to see some good coaching making the difference regarding finding some way to compensate for his lack of pace (as he just not has got any). Also make him more aggressive in his challenges to and defence against most of his opposing defenders.
It would appear as (even acknowledged now by Aucks who is of the less critical observer), he constantly seems to be waiting for that perfect pass delivery, within a very concise area in order to make his mark.
The critical issue here is 'waiting' (I suppose in many ways it's the classic goal poachers trait). As kids in the playground they were 'tart liners'.
It just doesn't seem to be 'in his locker' to make things
