Why? If we turn out not to be good enough to stay up, then we get what we deserve. It's happened to much bigger clubs than us.

Think of the positives a nice trip to Swindon.
re: I'm worried I'm wrong
Venkys will go
another positive
re: I'm worried I'm wrong
A trip to donkey land
another positive
re: I'm worried I'm wrong
The fact is I have relised a few seasons ago that life goes on
people have lives and problems far bigger than a few players running up and down a football field.
Will I continue to support them?of course
even if we end up in the vanarama(or whatever it's called)I will be there
Will I be disappointed if we drop?yes of course but it won't change what I have
a beautiful wife and 2 amazing daughters.
so from another selfish point of view there is another positive.
re: I'm worried I'm wrong
Yes yes I have another positive
Lambert got Norwich back to back promotions
maybe that is the plan all along
see it dosnt seem so bad now.
re: I'm worried I'm wrong
In all seriousness, its good to view things in perspective.
If you're good enough to go up you'll go up. If you're not good enough to stay up you go down. That's competitive sport for you.
I often wonder what lives other people lead when a 'failed match' / 'season' is seen as the end of the world.
There are far more 'pressing issues' outside and inside of everyone's personal environ to concern over.
That said, when I was young and impressionable plus no dependants to care for, I admit that it did 'get to me' from time to time. :/
Maybe that's all part of 'growing up / maturing' ;D
re: I'm worried I'm wrong
There sums up the whole problem with our fan base, they just don't care as much as fans of say a Newcastle, a Sunderland, an Aston villa. It just doesn't mean enough to us and justifies claims Blackburn isn't really a football town.
Before you hammer me, no, I'm no better either but I'm always open to being inspired. Sitting in silence(other than moans and groans) in an virtually empty stadium doesn't do that for me.
re: I'm worried I'm wrong
Oh, I care Sax. Relegation will p1ss me off. But given the mismanagment of the club for the last 5 years, I wouldn't be suprised. When the players were here to have a go, there was background squables leaving the place rudderless with a managerial merry go round. Now things have settled, we have an awful squad that can put in the odd shift from time to time. The Championship is a very competative league, and for the majority of games, Rovers have not competed.
