Unlikely.... but you never know!
So after ranting all afternoon and evening about todays appalling result, here's a spot of optimism.
3-0 down going into the away leg of a play off semi final appears an insurmountable hill to climb. Not so much of a hill actually, more of a vertical cliff face. So we can expect Tuesday to be the end of our season, a bit like putting a wounded animal out of its misery. Maybe for the best.
But...
... it isn't quite over until that proverbial large lady starts warbling. The chances are that she'll be lubricating her vocal chords from the first whistle and probably letting rip with a good old Yorkshire tune somewhere within the 90 minutes but you never know.
Football is almost all about mindset and psychology plays such a massive part. If (and that is a rather large 'IF' to be honest) the Derby team turn up on Tuesday with a 'never say die' attitude, determined to play for their lives and show no fear, to get the ball moving and keep going no matter what, to test the keepe

all the supporters going up to the kc on tuesday are going to be knighted by the queen asap
re: Unlikely.... but you never know!
I wouldn't go even if I had a ticket. This season has finished for me now. Yesterday was the final straw and unless there is a change of stance by Morris, a new manager pronto and a complete overhaul of that team I will not be going to watch them again very soon.
re: Unlikely.... but you never know!
Seems more than just 'unlikely' Ramondo...but I like your style and optimism.

At 2-0 I gave us a glimmer but Hull will fancy their chances of defending 3-0 against pretty much anyone let alone our shot shy side. I'd go 442 on Tues there is little point playing a DCM.

Yes Manx we should have done that after half time really. Can't see Wassall changing much, he will hope to get away from Hull without the humiliation of a record play off hammering. I expect a similar line up and a 0-0 result played out at the KC.

Manx. Your spot on mate 4_4_2. Out Russell and Ince bench Martin start Bent and Blackman up don't try and get Hull chasing some pace I'm going with my wife and son never dreaming we would be 3- O down Just hope to see a reaction
