He derves a chance, same as any appointment by the club. It's a results business, so if they don't go right for him, he won't last long.

It could very well be Eve, he hasn't managed or coached over here, same as Solbakken. The owners will want a return on their investment, he will need to prove that he's up to the challenge. The time to start judging is when he is able to put a side out that doesn't resemble the previous head coach. He will no doubt have some input on players, but he'll be there to pick a side and try and get the best out of what he has at his disposal.Quote:
