Was the guy actually arrested and charged with assault? Crown PF would drop charges if no witnesses or evidence was produced or compainer ST i take it ,dropped the charges. However if its going to trial someone is holding there ground and feels aggrieved at the incident. Like SA sais apologise and move on would have been the best thing from the start then again who apologises to who? Hope i get asked for dury service coz i will bleed it for all its worth, weeks aff and half time pehs at the Marriot😜😜

It's won't be up to ST if charges are brought or dropped, only the PF can decide this based on the evidence. That's how I understand it anyway.
