I'd be worried though - if I were a Baggies fan - if they are to stay for the coming seasons. That's usually when Pardew tries to take his own ideas too far, and the players lose confidence.
I think he'll be gone by next November, knowing how that month usually takes the p!ss out of him.
I'm happy for Carver that he's got a job again XD and i usually want Baggies to do well yet i also really want Pardew to fail - conundrum.
I think they'll be fine this season though with him.
