Keeper moved before the kick was taken but as usual nothing is ever done. Scotland qualify without winning a game that has to be a record, problem is they cant have penalty shoot outs in the group stage next summer XD

Keeper still had one foot on the line which apparently decided the second look by the ref. I always like to see the home nations and Eire in these big tournaments, adds to the spice and interest for me. Ex`s funeral yesterday and the father in law at least had the Scotland win to ease the pain, he went upstairs to watch it by himself, , small mercies but better than it might have been.
