From my own past experience good days bought improved cognition, function, interest and prompted me to get out and about. But those bad days bought poor memory, increased agitation and other disruptive behaviour patterns - but plenty of rest often balanced things out more evenly for sure.

My body is falling apart rapidly now I have learned I have stage 5 Kidney disease which counts for all the things I am suffering which Drs for the last few years miss diagnosed. The local small town dr picked it up and, after tests, proved his right.
Anyway, poo happens all good.
