Finally! Apparently P2 boss Richard Beale has been appointed temporarily assisted by Mozza and Gary Walsh. I know P2 is a lot different but if Beale can replicate some of his success there maybe we might see a change for the better-and even some of our more promising younger players given a chance?

And 100% agree. I'm just so fed up of mercenary managers and players now.

Rubbish start to the day has been really brightened up by this news!!!

Us changing manager is like putting a plaster on a shotgun wound! Need the owner out!

Yes but that ain’t going to happen very soon, unless we are extremely lucky.

The one I think needs to go now to make a big impact is Ron Gourlay.

The club release says recruitment of the new Manager/coach starts now. Really if that is true then Gourlay should definitely be sacked. Where is the succession planning? Why is someone at least not identified to approach today or to be offered a contract today? Did they really not see this sacking coming?

Come on Yarm it is obvious really. They were waiting for Ritchie Anderson to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing before they were able to sack Bruce and replace him with Ritchie.
