Raheem Sterling's home hit by armed robbers

Raheem Sterling is returning home from the World Cup in Qatar after armed intruders broke into his home on Saturday night.

The England forward missed the 3-0 win over Senegal in Sunday’s last-16 tie and Gareth Southgate said it was unclear whether Sterling would return. England play France in a quarter-final on Saturday.

Southgate said Sterling would be allowed “as much time as he needs” to deal with the emergency, which has left him shaken and concerned for his children.

Horrible. I wonder if the day will ever come in the UK where you can defend yourself or your property by any means?

When I first met Mrs Sota she was 17 and working for a pioneer of early computers. He had some fairly impressive stuff in his house and wired his door handles up so that anyone who wasn't invited would be electrocuted if they turned them lol He posted warning signs all around his property but was arrested and told to remove them immediately lol

Meanwhile, here in SWF I can legally shoot someone who looks threatening on my Ring doorbell.

In one post you say the burglars will not be punished enough.

In another you make excuses for them by insinuating the victim should’ve done better.

The BBC were quick to report that the robbers were armed and Sterling's family threatened.

Police say they weren't and nobody was at home

Wouldn't it be nice if our publicly funded, national broadcaster would report facts and not sensationalist rumours?
