Mad decision, deserve relegation
Not the 1st time a manager over-achieves by getting small club promoted & then the owners think the manager is the problem in a league that too good for them. What’s the guy meant to do with a small club & budget? To be competitive is an achievement. Had Oxford not been promoted & were midtable in League 1, he’d probably still be in a job. A victim of his own success.
I note Sibs wasn't even in the squad, is he injured or just not good enough as he has hardly played since his move.
