Look at Man Utd tonight. Poor first half and looked nervous, slow and ponderous. After the subs?boom. Suddenly the energy changed and they were free flowing. The crowd tbf, were great the whole game, but that?s down to the club. The players released the pressure themselves and looked to enjoy the game when they joined the dots.
Not turning it into a Maynard bash, but I genuinely believe the lack of presence and motivation skills lead us to play like we do.
