As a business we are probably not in bad shape so from that side we are being well ran as such.
But as for a footballing side we are in a mess and nobody can deny that.
There are probably a few reasons for that, the main one probably being the interference of cormack into the footballing side of things. He should stick to running the business side of things and leave the manager and his team to do what they are employed to do.
One thing that we will probably never know, but would be interesting to know is how many potential candidates have actually been approached and offered the position and how many have knocked it back.
