Gotta be three points surely from this one? CKR coming back to full match fitness must be a bonus that will tip it for us this weekend, but the grit shown by the whole team in the second half last week especially is also a feature that gives us the edge. Or will the Flatcappers spoil the party?

Looking back at the corresponding game last season, we lost 0-4 and did so because we failed to close down/press especially in the final third. They currently have 20 points compared to the 17 (-12) we've gathered. I don't think we'll give them the same amount of time and space this season. Time to turn those draws into wins. 2-1.
It absolutely is...Blackburn have a very similar record to Luton who, two avoidable mistakes apart, we were better than and really should have beaten.Quote:

Another bad opening 45 minutes from the Rams. 0-2 at HT and it could have been many more. Better performance 2nd half in which I don't think Blackburn had a shot anywhere near our goal.
Their first. Started with our left back being nowhere near their wide player giving him free reign to put in a very good cross. Diaz got to it unchallenged because our right back failed to go with him. Roos saved his shot but couldn't stop the rebound going in.
Their 2nd. Some quick one two passing saw our 2 central defenders done for speed for possibly the first time this year. Roos beaten at the near post.
We got a late goal back in the 89th minute and Kaz hit the post earlier in the half. We might have got an equaliser but we wouldn't have deserved it IMO.
The ref seemed erratic giving some nothing fouls and letting some bad ones go. The penalty shout for hands? Not sure he got that wrong. I do think that Shinnie was given three free kicks for situations HE created or exaggerated. One of them I thought to be a dive. A dangerous thing to do when you've already had a yellow.
