Inspired by Exiled and TD. :)
So, it's liver and onions and Stella for Exiled, and junk food and soup for TD. What do you find helps when you're not feeling well?
I tend to lose my appetite, so fruit juices, veggie juices, and hot honey and lemon (with a dash of whisky if I've got a sore throat) for me. Then when I start regaining my appetite - bananas and custard :)
