This is getting ridiculous.
Biden has not taken questions from the press for ages.
Now Putin is running rings around him and has suggested his next conversation with Biden should be broadcast on tv.
No way will the yanks agree to that because Putin will make him look stupid again.
Biden is clearly not well.
