Right....with us almost in the quarter finals of the Carabao Cup (League Cup as was, obvs) with 'only' Newport to get past, this Friday's quiz is simple:
Name every team to compete in a League Cup final since 1990. Extra points for naming teams before that who took part in the final since we last did in 1976. Quite the list when you consider our inability to get to the final compared with some of the teams who have.
