The 1.2 million deaths, are they all people who died 'from' Covid, or is it people who died 'with' Covid, meaning they died after testing positive for Covid, but the cause of death may have been other than Covid ? For instance, people who died in a RTA after testing positive or fell off a ladder, or died from a heart attack after testing positive, or simply died of old age but had tested positive, are they included in that figure ?
