Quick, easy and tasty with little or nothing to clean up after.

Chips, cheese and beans

1. Throw chips in the oven and cook until golden brown (turning halfway through cooking)

2. Heat a pot of heinz baked beans in the microwave.

3. Grate some mature cheddar cheese.

4. Chips on a plate followed by the beans and garnish with the grated cheddar.

5. Few minutes under the grill if the beans aren't hot enough to melt all the cheese.


Garlic butter chicken kievs

1. The important part is to source good chicken kievs. Shop around, they can be found.

2. Heat oven to gas mark 6

3. Add kievs and chips to the oven and cook for 25 minutes. It is important to have tin foil under the kievs so as not to waste any of the garlic butter if there is a leak.

4. Plate up, bit of salt and mop up any excess garlic butter with left over chips.
