Prediction League - Newcastle United
Wolves take on Steve Bruce's squad just before the international break. They are currently winless on the season, so let's hope that at the very least, we don't give them that first win. Newcastle are middle of the pack when it comes to scoring goals, with 8 on the season in 6 matches. Their defending, however, is second to bottom ahead of only Norwich. At least the Canaries can blame their schedule and that they're newly promoted. Newcastle have only faced one of the Big 6 as of yet. They conceded 2+ goals in each of their first four matches, but have come away with 1-1 draws in their last two. So there has been some improvement. But this might be just what Bruno ordered to help unleash the goals this season. Wolves are almost the inverse, with only 3 goals scored (with only Norwich scoring fewer) but they only conceded 5 (only four clubs have conceded fewer). If we scored as many as Newcastle, we'd probably be top of the table.
