i think it looks quite obvious that he must have been invited on the 23rd while he was around the palmy area ,no doubt a meet up with our infamous chairman organised about sponsoring queens or whatever then hewitson has invited him to the game probably thinking its queens and no one would ever know any better ,then the aftermath of there mistake is out in open world thanks to a silly tweet pic fae the clown galloway ,both galloway and hewitson should be punished ,however i reckon the major loser in all this will be queens as i can see it being queens who get hammerd by the spfl for breaching rules not billy or george .
Great support for our Queens Trust fundraiser to help us reach our target of 1000 shares or more in @OfficialQosFC. Thank you to all who have already donated. We are currently at £735 and our target is £1140.
If you are able to donate anything at all it would be very much appreciated. Full details in link:

Galloway is a self-important self-publicist who a few days prior to Christmas posted on social media in advance that he was intending to break the covid restrictions by coming to Scotland from wherever he was in England at the time (possibly London IIRC). He was basically giving a GIRUY to the Scottish Government because he is a hardline Britnat Unionist who wants independence for everywhere in the world except Scotland - claims to be a socialist but his ethos comes across as closer to fascist as far as constitutional matters are concerned. Given that he has broken what I understand was currently the law by crossing the border, and that his action was pre-meditated, I would have thought that if Police Scotland were going to do anything at all to support the covid restrictions, he should be getting his collar felt - compare the case of Margaret Ferrier MP, who has now been charged after a similar breaking of rules. Taking no action sends out the message that it's OK to ignore the restrictions if you have celebrity status. Much the same could be said about various royals in recent months too - they move about with impunity and without consideration for other people's welfare. Galloway's actions in travelling about to make a political statement were reckless and selfish, but hey, he's a legend - in his own mind.
This line that he is a Queens supporter sounds to me like arrant nonsense - fairly sure he's from Dundee and it seems likely he was there to see Dundee rather than Queens - he even mentioned Dundee's Charlie Adam in one of his tweets. I would conclude he is coming up with a cock and bull story to try to justify up his actions. As Jardi says, let's see if he actually comes up with sponsorship.
I hope the SFA see what has actually happened here, because if they are taken in by Galloway, Queens could be punished financially. With luck, the SFA will realise that Queens have been taken in by a charlatan, and will not take the matter any further. Queens should maybe in future remember that phrase about the devil and a lang spoon.
I don't know enough to disagree with Alibi's comments. I have to say I'm surprised/disappointed as I have followed GG since this Covid chaos, for an alternative view. He always came across as terrified of Covid, particularly infecting his elderly mother. I'm surprised he would do anything to put his family at risk. But, there is Dominic Cummings who give the ok for all politicians to do what they like.
Despite what I said in my previous post, I hope for the club's sake this incident can quietly be forgotten. The team's on a good run and we all have enough negativity to put up with just getting through the day. Oh and btw I'm not GeorgeO:)
In terms of Galloway travelling to Scotland, it became law on boxing day and was guidelines before that. And the fact he lives in the dumfries area would be sufficient reason for him to travel home. However in terms of him going to the Dundee game, he should, like the rest of us, never have been anywhere near the game. Even if it was on the invitation of the chairman. It's not rocket science...with the restrictions only players and club officials should be at games and that's on the condition they are socially distanced. Galloway is neither!! On the flip side he should never have been invited after the new restrictions were in place. No matter if they were hoping for some form of sponsorship. As a result queens have to take there share of the blame too and when I say queens, I mean Mr hewitson. Everyone knows fans/others weren't allowed to that match So there's no excuses from either party. Both are guilty. If you liken it to someone having a party in there house, whose to blame. The host or the revellers.
