Dominic Cummings seems to be playing an interesting game. He seems to have a large vat full of stuff that would embarrass Boris Johnson and various cabinet members. But rather than turning the tap on and leaving it on, which would cause a big fuss for a couple of weeks, he is just turning the tap on for a few moments every so often, thus being very embarrassing over the very long term, leading up until the next General Erection.
