After the Everton debacle at the end of the season and now there seems to be a lot of trying to offset payments till next season with smaller amounts up front now - do we think the clubs have been told - get your house in order or we’ll be coming for you.
A lot seem to want Cornet but they’re all trying to structure deals , if you took last season for example 17.5 million wouldn’t have even been an eye brow raiser , and yet now several clubs are trying negotiating to spread the debt.
Alot of clubs are also doing what we did recently and borrowing/ loans against the stage payments.
Is this a radical change in football as we know it. ?
