VAL ...... preparing the guy(s) for the FIGHT

Not - preparing the guys for the match.
Not - preparing the guys for the game.
But - preparing the guys for the FIGHT.

I’ve said it before on here - watching Barnsley at the moment is like watching a boxing match.
Toe to toe in every position on the pitch.
And as a result other teams are having to completely change their playing system to try and match it.

IMO - it’s like watched the old Bassett teams of Wimbledon and Sheffield - with less fouls committed - but with even more power and speed.

As long as Val keeps delivering the knockout punch am not bothered.
