obviously the correct answer is, we don't, Marcelo does, but how would you like the club to look after Pablo, can he keep going at full pelt for another 38 games, or do we look after him a bit in terms of match play

Think you have to tell him up front he's sitting every third game or so or manage his minutes pretty aggressively. Problem is there aren't many easy games in the prem.
worried he'll pull up injured since he pushes himself so hard.
imagine if he made 38 sub apps coming on at half time every single match, that would be some kind of new record wouldnt it? lol
All depends on who we bring in, but I thought he was sensational at the end of this season when he was our super sub.
With generous amounts of cotton wool. Realistically ideal would be to have him on the bench every game to bring on to change matches if/when we need to, but that very much depends on getting a starting replacement for him.
If he is fit, he plays from the start.
Realistically though a bench player who comes on when we need inspiration/starts those games where teams defend a bit more and we need that spark to open them up (Burnley, Spurs etc....negative teams)
All really depends who we get in to fill the Pablo void
Think the prem will be less demanding than the EFL and he is super fit so may start more games than we think.
By playing him if fit, simple..
