I’ve always loved the Rolling Stones but have never seen them live. I think it was 1976, they were due to play the Odeon, Birmingham, and I queued for ages for a ticket; the queue was right around the block. After a long time, I was at the front of the next batch of folk to be let in to the box office when we were informed that all the tickets had been sold! Subsequently, of course, the Stones played much bigger venues such as sports stadia and I don’t much care for such places, you’re usually too far away from the stage.
I never saw Elvis live, either!

I was lucky enough to see The Jam.
Lady GAGA was amazing live.
ELO, Phil Collins and Robbie Williams were superb.
