We really will become the poor relation of the local big four clubs if this comes to pass.
We can only thank old Jeremy for reducing us to a 26,000 capacity, such hindsight by our visionary ex owner!
Jap Knotweed is only an issue if you’re the average citizen who has an issue with it at home or a small business owner 68.
When it comes to a big city project such as this you’ll be amazed as to how the issue suddenly becomes a non issue.
Not for a minute am I suggesting anything illegal or corrupt is going on either.
Obviously.
St Andrews is a proper dump and falling to bits, they need a new stadium, their issue will be filling it, they can’t fill the one they have.
As for us, just bung a tier on the Halfords, I love our ground when you compare it to atmosphere draining new stadia it’s great.
Apparently, the worst thing you can do is to let your local council know you have a Jap Knotweed issue.
The best solution is finding a company who specialises in its removal who will do the job for cash and “forget” to do the official paperwork.
Allegedly……according to a friend.
It’s the managers they need to sort out I would say. Not much good having a huge ground if you don’t get the football working first.
Tbh, I feel quite pleased for Blues that they at last have an owner prepared to invest after all their previous troubles. Apparently, Brady is also looking to invest in and develop parts of the local area too?
We can only dream of a new super stadium. Anyone seen the Bernabeau renovation
