Norman Hunter "Bites Yer Legs" as the famous Wembley banner read, though he was more than an uncompromising tackler as a player, a true legend of LUFC, thanks for the memories... R.I.P.
Such a sad time for his family, and for Leeds fans, a true Leeds legend from Don's golden age, taken to soon thanks to this Chinese disease, he's probably up there having a kickabout with Peter bonneti who also left to soon last week from the same disease...both rip.
Horrible, and he won't get to see us go up, just sh1te all round.
Great shame - lets get promotion sorted, sure that will make him smile.
I am absolutely heartbroken. Norman was my favourite player from the day of his debut. Condolences to all his family and friends.
RIP Norman :blue: MOT
Disgusting what the Burnley Mod has said on their forum about Norman Hunter..I am actually shocked that at a time like this and what destruction that horrible disease/virus has caused he appears to be gloating.
Low life scum.
