been reported today that even if we finish in the top 4 and qualify for the champions league,
we may still miss out IF either Manure win the Europa league or Chelsea win the current champions league.
Would be just our luck to get gazzumped by one of these greedy clubs.
In the unlikely event that we finish 3rd or 4th, id be fuming if we didnt get into the CL
Chelsea won`t beat Real so it`s highly unlikely we would miss out.....fingers crossed tho as it`s happened before.

Potter is clinging on for dear life to the UCL cup run as a way of proving he's not a complete flop. Losing to Real over 2 legs by a goal or two would not be the end of the world. Getting mauled 4,5 or 6 goals wouldn't be a good look and potentially see the end of Potter.
However Man Unwashed are potentially on for winning the Euro Fizzy cup. They will also finish top 4 so I'm unclear as to how that will all work out.
We will finish top 4, regardless of whether the Unwashed of Manchester win the cup or not they qualify 3rd.

Wouldn't it be fantastic if we qualified on merit regardless of what happened to Chelski and Manure in this season's comps.
