Newport County
This month Newport County have lost a couple of players that they did not want to lose.
They have taken 4 points from their last 7 League Two matches.
Their last win in League Two was on Tuesday 8th December, Grimsby Town 0 - 2 Newport County.
They have had 2 players sent off in the last 3 matches, Sheehan and Labadie. Both will miss the Carlisle United match.
In today's defeat they had 10 men from the 14th minute.
Tuesday's match against Carlisle United will be Newport County's 4th in 11 days.

I've just been looking at League Two table and it looks like Carlisle are in a strong position, currently in fourth but with four games in hand over two of the clubs above them and only three points behind Cambridge and a win against Newport will put Carlisle in a strong position, you lot have got to be happy with that

According to the met office the temperature will not cause any problems tomorrow at Newport from 6:00am to beyond the end of the match, so no frozen pitch. But from 6:00am it is likely to rain at any or all the time until the 7:00pm kick-off. From 8:00pm there will be fog for 2 hours. So there is the possibility of a postponement from either a waterlogged pitch or a match abandoned owing to fog before the second half could start.

It is an interesting evening. Four of the top five are each playing a member of the top five. Forest Green Rovers (second) have no match.
Four of the bottom five are each playing a member of the bottom five. The odd one out is Stevenage v Colchester.
Four clubs have no match, Forest Green Rovers (second), Leyton Orient (ninth), Walsall (eleventh) & Crawley Town (twelfth).
