Annual Disabled open day in May at Sixfields

I am hoping somebody can help please? since 2000 I believe there has been a disabled open day every May and in about 2003/4 I believe an amount of football mascots from various clubs were in attendance! can anybody confirm the actual date and year please what the day entailed and who was there? or failing that could you put me in contact with somebody who could help me? I have contacted Northampton Town directly to be told there is no one at the club who was employed at the club back then. Many many thanks in anticipation.
