More or less mate, defending set pieces are also under his remit. He does the same job for the Scotland national team as well.
For me, Smith should be the only one shouting out orders!
Yes. When I saw him yelling and carrying on after a set piece didn't work it really didn't sit well.
And defending EV? Didn't know that either. What about an offensive coach, penalty kick coach, holding midfield coach, heading coach, half time psychology coach. Ok I'm done now,
Sometimes I feel we need a 'passing' coach, often we are seen to fail to pass a ball 5 yards, I know its the basics but passing to me is as important as any skill....
and passing coach. I would be curious to know how our overall passing success is stacking up.
