What to say again back 4 took everything a bit unlucky with the goal mid field the best for 90 minutes all season the best we have played all season smith is ideal to play along with Whitman all we want keep Whitman Dm is the man to keep hold on
Letting in an own goal was a bad start which looked as if we were in for a bad night. But they certainly turned that round with a magnificent hammering of the top team in the league.
Josh Sims and Matt Smith have had a significant immediate impact on the team. Josh may not have scored himself but he certainly can set them up.
Don't worry about Whiteman. He is under contract until June 2023 and it is clear that the club will not let him go.
If we hadn't postponed the Shrewsbury game we could have been second right now, and with clubs like Charlton, Wigan, Hull, Sunderland and Ipswich in our league is a major achievement. These are clubs we wouldn't normally expect outside the top 2 leagues. Let's hope we can sustain this level and keep Josh Sims beyond the end of the year.
