Reading the latest offer has not changed my view that the The Wild Sheep are trying to take control of our club for a very “low ball” offer, aided by the outgoing chairman who, given his imminent departure, presumably sees the change of ownership as some sort of legacy to mark his time at the helm. I suspect he has enjoyed being chairman and has been used to steering the club without much dissention. Now that fans are questioning his stewardship I think he is trying to mislead supporters as to the true worth of Motherwell FC.
Remember, he’s an accountant and their skills are manipulating figures.

There are certainly some very questionable claims being made.

I mainly fail to see the rush...restock the boards, start again and try to find a proposal both the executive and society back before having a vote.

The Well Society board now recommends rejection of the revised offer and their business plan will soon be revealed. Meanwhile the ballot has been delayed a week and voting will start on 8 July.

I still don't know why they're rushing into this, what's the point of delaying only a week?

Why is Feely still Society chair? Why is Dickie still on the club board? Why is McMahon still club chair?

Even ignoring the comically lopsided balance of the deal, entering this process when our governance is a total car crash is daft.
