Well, disappointing! We seemed to be attempting to contain Crawley rather than play our own game. However, in the end, I'm not going to complain too much. We've just been to Wembley when all the pundits placed us around 20th. (Mind you, Crawley must be feeling even more smug about the pundits!). Perhaps a game too far. The loanees can return never to be seen again but hopefully Brighton and Newcastle will maintain links.

Yes, disappointing indeed, but congratulations to Crawley who deserved the win.
Might have been different if Long had scored or been given the penalty, but I doubt it.
On the evidence of our last 4 or 5 'home games' including the final we're not ready for League One football anyway...lucky escape from a miserable season I think.
