Hugill has been a massive disappointment and Eaves is up there with Mick Herrity as one of the worst players to pull on a Millers shirt. So get rid of both and bring another in alongside JCH and Nombe. Also he has the hardest shot I've ever seen.
Don't forget green. Think MT made the mistake playing him wide left.

Let's be real. Andre Green is not a Steve Evans type of player.

Well if he's a similar player to Agard was he might do. Winger who can score goals like a striker

Agard played on the wing and stayed away from the big CH's, cut in and scored plenty of goals doing just that.....utm.

.........and after listening to his interview I'd be amazed if he was playing by November!

    Indeed.

He's not expecting to be walking normally or light running until the end of the summer, which means realistically January before he's fully recovered and he's also gone back a step during his injury already.

Hope to see him get a shot, we shall see.

Could also see him being sent on loan in January and dissappearing.

Not sure about this "marquee" signing. Can see the short-term appeal, but is that not continuing to expend energy on the promotion/relegation treadwheel?

Suspect he's gone past his best.

One big plus about the JCH signing is he will be here for pre season training.
With a pre season in front of him he should hit the ground running. We have signed many players in recent years who just haven't had the fitness to slot straight in. Let's hope Steve can get his other transfer business done early for this very reason
