Hi Pass, how goes it mate?

Am fine thanks, been away again travelling to the Far East this time mainly for my daughters wedding but also just taking a bit of time out from this Barnsley footy mad forum.

    Have sent you a PM.

Thanks for that lovely PM Chops. It's very much appreciated and such very kind words by you sir ♥️ I've tried replying to you on PM to put you in the picture about my current plight and show you my appreciation, but i keep getting timed out and it won't send you a reply for some reason???

I'll keep trying mate till it does because I really was quite moved by what you'd written and offered me. The utmost respect mate and a PM in return is the least i can do if it will allow me. Thanks once again for that mi owd. Top, top blowk 👍

With our friend SB (Barry) sadly leaving us earlier this year with him having not posted in a while, it is a cause for concern sometimes when the regulars are not posting. It was the same with Roma a while back bless his soul.

Hope Animal is OK and well too 🤞Great result for the Trin lat time out! Again, didn't get to watch unfortunately.

I'll keep trying to get a PM back to you Chops because I don't want to open up too much on the forum with all due respect, but let's say that things are slowly improving for me mate.

Take care, and hopefully I'll be in touch soon

Thanks for your comments Pass. Glad to hear that things are improving for you even if only slowly.

Weird for some reason it said I had 2 notifications but after trying to open them, they have now disappeared, so if you can re-send please.

Yes, still think about SB and Roma two great blokes in their different ways.

Tried a good few times now to PM you mate. Obviously something is amiss with this site. Have you been in touch with Animal recently pal? Hope he's ok 🤞

i'm fine thanks Pass and everybody , myself and the wife have been in Andalusia ( Southern Spain ) for the last 4 weeks looking for a holiday home for when we retire and of course taking a well earned holiday .

Not rushing in to owt just researching and weighing everything up and see what we can get for our money etc etc .

i'd move tomorrow but we've a bit to consider but it was a worthwhile trip none the less .

Hoping everyone is keeping well .

Hi Animal, I can offer some advice if you need it. Been involved in property on the costa for some years now. Depending on where you?re looking, I know honest lawyers and estate agents.
Give me a shout if I can help you.

Thanks Ethel will bear that in mind , Benalmadena area is our favourite and Torreblanca , not too fussed about the Marbella area , you can get more for your buck in the greater Malaga area from what we've seen and we love it anyway .

It's one of the biggest decisions of our lives so your offer of advice is greatly appreciated Ethel , thank you so much from the both of us .

    You?re welcome.

I?m sure you?re doing your research. I?m sure you?re right about value for money lying in less touristy areas.

Could I suggest that you consider the area and look for somewhere with a community feel with Spanish residents as this will provide year round activity and familiarity with local residents. We find they are very welcoming once you make an initial contact. Take your time it?s a big decision.
