    Yes very well done, we were on the back foot at times but very clinical in front of goal.

    These women finish better than our supposed strikers.

    The quality of the strikes and the angles they score from puts our players to shame.

    Striking early before the keeper sets themselves and constantly finding the narrowest of angles.

    The quality of their penalties puts us to shame as well.

    I was on shift last night and couldn't manage to stay up to watch the game live but just caught the high lights. Whilst I wonder whether the game over all was so open to allow such breaks I cannot disagree with the above. Defensive errors or not, some superb strikes there (including Kerr's) not to mention the running and passing. Well done Lionesses indeed! Brilliant result and they have only improved as the competition has gone on.

    Big crowds as well. With the mens game going the way it is I can see womens football being more popular in time. The progress is high each year.

    Totally agree! More family entertainment - no players spitting - no greedy t wats - no bad language and no fear for your life at matches. I can see the appeal for families
