    £30 million still to unrealistic a price considering the debt that remains outstanding, along with the recent loan moved onto the books for day to day runnings/costs.
    Two things at work here...1 Lai paid an inflated price at the time. 2 This is very much a buyers market at The Albion. Potential buyer in NO hurry and the seller can not realize cash quick enough. China is tanking spectacularly now and all foreign investments will become unsaleable soon with new legislation in China.
    This investment is f u c k e d royaly.
    Remaining question is how mauled will the club get before exiting this situation. Administration remains the best option long term for the club.

    I believe sadly that nothing changes until we go into administration, that means league 1.
