Love the way he has stood up for players, fans and club since he arrived.
No in a badge kissing chest thumping way but just making good points and refusing to allow the club to be trampled over without at least having a say.
Always thought apart from Marrs and 25 PT deduction time we haven't lifted our heads enough.
I think the manager and his team have turned that around.

Said before I really hope Nelms has a great relationship with Doc and he's loving working here.
