What the phuck is going on in Paisley?.

Seven coaches or backroom staff test positive for the virus. The club is on lockdown and their friendly on Saturday is postponed.Twice weekly testing ordered by the Scottish government on all Premiership club's.

I hope this does not lead to a delay in the league kick off on the 1st of August.

Only 7!! Its just as well they weren't testing for herpes or other dirty diseases!!

I would really have thought that there would have been a centralised SFA coordination in place to oversee testing if needed. Leaving it for individual clubs to do is always asking for mistakes and errors to creep in both in timing and result reporting...

Can you imagine the aftermath if a game takes place next Saturday, the player who scores a winning goal then shows that an earlier test had him positive. Would the result be rescinded, would it be reversed, would the club be fined. Just hope it doesn't happen when you beat Hertz as the entire footballing complex will be dragged through the wee boys 'its not fair' court.

FFS, that's absolutely shocking. The start of the league has got to be in doubt now...

The FACT that they are a NEW club is still no excuse. They need FN hammered for that.Micky was saying in the press we were well looked after through there but i very much doubt he is thinking that now.

Jeezus, will this result in a delay to our first gemme? It feels like we’re phucking haunted here - relegation, Csaba Laszlo, Covid19, Bride Of Chucky and now failed testing. Are we ever destined to play in the Premier League again?

I take it that The Rangers had to provide proof of negative tests on all the players, as would UTD, taking part in the friendly, before contact with a visiting team. The same as Utd would have to do when at home or away. Did we get shown the tests or did nobody ask. Are we taking the word of other teams that all is ok. I hope that all the necessary protocols are in place and are being strictly adhered to, or we are not starting on the first of August.
