Michael Jacobs in search of more goals

He has to be feeling pretty confident at this moment in time. With Leon Clarke out, it has enabled Jacobs to get in the position of at least having attempts at goal and also scoring. - view external link

Had a couple of chances again today, but again played a big part in the victory. he makes the game look so easy at times, full of energy.

Vale just didn't know to handle him!

A threat from all over the pitch, an excellent performance!

Showed when he threw himself at the ball 2nd half and narrowly missed at the back post with an header that he ain't no ***** and will mix it with the biggest & hardest players!

Optimises the team at the moment, playing for us the fans, and for the shirt!

I actually said in the first half to the lads by me, if only it was Jacobs who met the cross that Ricketts hit the bar with. He seems to time his leap well and hang in the air, pity his header didn't go in in second half.
