Does anyone know when `Buy A Brick` contributors get theirs and personal messages done at New York Stadium? It has been quite a while since the RUFC Trust wrote to us to sort it out.

What did the email actually say? I cannot recall an email recently.
It does seem to be dragging on though.
Interesting comment about an e mail. I confirmed the details of my brick months ago but it hasn't appeared yet. I assumed there was a back log.
Is there more than the one display wall other than the one located on the North stand exterior?
As i understand it is,plaques that are bought now go on the wall where you see them now,Millers 05 buy a brick ones are going on the concourses inside. When i do'nt know, like you say its gone quiet.UTM
Mr Stewart was very anxious that we got everyones details correct and confirming this took a lot of time. Some people wished to change their message, many had moved or changed details and unfortunately some people had passed away. As I am sure people can understand, it was very important to get this right. The design of the plaque has been finalised and will be placed on the concourses. One on the East stand, one on the North stand and two in the main stand.Originally Posted by LiverDamage

The meeting was about presentation, colour, font size, available space on the concourses, production of a sample for advance viewing possibly both online and at New York Stadium in hard copy, and timetabling.
As tony indicates above this has been an exhaustive exercise. We have contacted in the region of 1,100 fans and updated, amended, cross-referenced and checked all entries on the database the Trust holds. Checking 1,100 entries, chasing fans through changes of address and phone number and dealing with emails has taken a great deal of time and required a great deal of diligence bearing in mind that each and personal message is of great personal importance for each individual and there have been numerous changes of message together with some changes. Thanks for the update Mark.
I can appreciate it has taken some time to re-checks and messages, but can we have some assurances that the boards will be in place for the start of the new season.
We purchased the buy-a-brick for my father who is now in his eighties and have a number of false promises about when these boards would be in place.
On another note, can anyone tell me why the plaques on the corner of the West Stand all seem to be businesss. I have been considering purchasing a plaque in memory of a a family member (and massive Miller) but wanted to be assured if won't be lost amongst a sea of blatant advertising.
Mark... any chance of an update on what the Trust is doing (other than the work re the bricks) as (as far as I'm aware) I still pay a subscription but have heard nothing at all for donkeys ages.
I can't be the only one so the Trust must be receiving funds?
What are its plans?
