rooney is an absolute waste of space for club and country. he was at his best in his younger days,for me he just gets worse every week. no pace doesnt go past players,still got decent passing ability,continues to take shocking free kicks that look nowhere near like troubling the keeper. he gets called world class,i have to have a chuckle to myself when anyone calls him world class.

2) Building from scratch? i think you'll find he did that at least twice in his 27 years...
3) The sheite he left Moyes? the same sheite won the league last season by 11 points...
As for Rooney, he's certainly having a poor season, along with most of that squad, confidence is a huge factor, though i have to agree with some of the points made about him..

I just can't see Ferguson shuffling off for a quiet retirement, he will just not be able to resist another go, that's part of the problem, he's still in the background, club ambassador or whatever titles they gave him, I acknowledge he did build and rebuild some great sides but to say the team he left Moyes with was one is a fallacy, it did as you say win the league by 11 points but to me that says something about the overall standard of the Premiership rather than how good a side they were

i dont buy this,startin from scratch bull****. fergie got results with similar and even weaker lineups to what moyes has put out. man u just dont get beat 3-0 to lpool at home and draw with fulham who are the worst team in prem, he has to go for me.the signings hes made are dire and his tactics also seem to be. i said from day one that mata was not the answer,i personaly dont rate mata either,i know loadz will disagree but he isnt my cuppa tea.if soljskaer would have had a dream start at cardiff and turned them around i could have seen him taking over from moyes but it hasnt gone his way at cardiff. i wouldnt play rooney in the world cup,hes first on the team sheet for club and country just because of the on back of his shirt. 300k is absolutely ridicilous for a bang average player. obviously when he bangs a worldy in from 30 yards all of a sudden hes 'world class' again. laughable

Moyes never won a thing at Everton, one ot the top 8 clubs in the Country.He did nothing to justify getting this job he has now. That said, itvwas always going to be a tough ask following on from arguably the greatest manager the games ever seen.
I said a month or so ago he wouldn't go this season. After today and if they don't turn things round in the champions league, he may fall on the sword. If he does, Fergie coming back has to be a possibility.
