    Start Weight...22 stone 2 lbs

    Current Weight...17 stone 11 lbs

    Good luck to all others.

Excellent work Zippy. Just another 2lb off for me. Slowly but surely.

Well I'm on a short break in Cornwall without access to scales but I reckon with what I've stuffed away I shouldn't be at all surprised if I've put half a stone back on.

    Well Done Zippy,

After i had my heart op end of September and given all clear in November, I have managed to loose nearly 2 stone, i am doing a lot of running though, running 3 x 5k's in a week, gym as well at least once a week.

Feeling loads better, sleeping better and my personal bests for the 5ks are coming down.

You are an inspiration Zippy. Well Done

That's just brilliant pal, very well done on the running and the fact you've not let your Op hold you back at all.
Thanks and well done to Brin and Scum too, all this celebrating Millers victories is keeping us well fit. :-D

Start weight 15 stone 2lbs, now 13 stone 7 lbs, that's the target reached! now to see if I can just slowly shed a few more and maybe get to 13 stones.

Well done everyone and remember the more you lose the more space you get sitting in your seat at the footy.
