Funny how this has only become an issue since Everton started upsetting a few apple-carts. The system is there for all the Clubs, we just appear to have made better use of it than others

Not to worry, pretty sure that now wickle-old Everton have successfully exploited these loan rules, the powers will make changes so it cannot happen again.
Can't have us getting in the way of the big teams twice.
