Reet. I was visiting this bloke I know. He was an guitarist with Cumbrian bands back in the day and still does up guitars for folk. Lives a couple of villages over and I visit him from time to time. Must be in his 70s now. He showed me a Epiphone Sheraton that he had sounding geet in his workshop which he'd converted from his garage then we went up to his music-room where he proceeded to show me how to embelish certain chords with the assistance of one'e pinky on the third fret off of the high E string.
