    O/t David Moyes

Have Man U jumped on the manager merry go round , looks like Moyes is going , his Mark Robbins moment never happened, Has the fact that Uniteds biggest rivals (Liverpool ) look like being the champions worked agains Moyes?

Complete knee jerk reaction if they sack him...it's his first season with them so things are bound to be pear shaped...

Fergie knew the team was getting very old in age and some players were past their best hence his 'sensible' time to go out on a high...

They're missing their prolific goal scorer in Van Persie and Moyes has found it hard to balance what team can deliver this season...a nightmare for any new Manager to a club...even if it is Man Utd..

For the Glaziers to have given Moyes a 5 year 30,000,000 pound contract and now decide they want to dismiss so early him staggers belief or they must have money to burn...

Clubs usually put a Manager on gardening leave with the hope they gain employment elsewhere so they can then negotiate a smaller settlement figure...If I were Moyes I'd take retirement from the game and as much money he was entitled to from his contract...I simply hate boards that expect/demand instant success without giving a bloke a fair crack at the whip!

    The on

Didn't think he did much at Everton and wasn't the man for the Man U job but I believe in giving the manager time.

His first mistake was getting rid of the back room staff and the second mistake was fetching Fellani in.

I personally think that Everton got the better manager, doesn't look like Moyes is going to be given time to prove anyone wrong.

He's made mistakes but I feel a manager should always be given a proper chance. If they're going to be like this they could potentially go through several managers in the coming years and they're going to have to sick with one eventually.

More to point Brin have they got the balls to approach the Millers for the actual chosen one?

Exactly, hence the " manager merry go round" subject of this topic

Jurgen Klopp would be the better choice.
But he"s coming to the Millers when Stevie goes eventually.

I get the feeling Ferguson went when he did because he knew how bigger building job was needed at Man Utd and he couldn't face going through another squad rebuild.

It was a poison chalice for whoever took the job, especially as Ferguson is sat in the crowd at each home match.

I can only think of Mourinho who would have been strong enough to take the job, but supposedly the older hierarchy at the club i.e. Charlton thought he was too controversial for their club.

I was going to post something similar but thought better of it as this will never happen...he's ours...
